The secret of our pizza lies in our artisan Neapolitan wood-fired oven. At over 485 °C, the dough ferments for 48 hours and bakes in just 60 seconds, producing that perfect crust: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with the unmistakable aroma of wood fire.
